Singhania Tableting manufactures precision-engineered tablet compression Punches & Dies for a wide range of
pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications. Our tooling portfolio covers standard IPT/Euro formats,
machine-specific tooling, custom tablet geometries, special-purpose designs and non-standard tooling for
legacy and region-specific tablet presses.
With more than five decades of experience in tablet compression tooling, we combine application
knowledge with controlled manufacturing processes to support dimensional accuracy, repeatable
compression performance and long tooling life. Our engineering team also works with customers on tablet
design, embossing, tooling materials, coatings and specialised solutions for challenges such as sticking,
wear, dwell time and high-output production.
Today, Singhania Tableting tooling is used by pharmaceutical manufacturers in more than 70 countries, with over
150,000 sets manufactured each year.
