Our manufacturing infrastructure has evolved over more than five decades to meet the precision, consistency and repeatability demanded by tablet compression. Based in Mumbai, our head office and manufacturing facilities bring together dedicated capabilities in research & development, design, quality inspection and product testing.

Each year, we manufacture more than 150,000 sets of tablet compression tooling and up to 70 tablet presses, combining production scale with the flexibility to handle specialised and technically demanding requirements.

Our manufacturing capabilities include CNC lathes, CNC machining centres, CNC engraving, CNC wire-cut, profile grinding, profile honing, vacuum heat treatment, precision grinding with in-process size control and other specialised equipment used in the manufacture of tablet compression tooling and tablet presses.
